About the Role:
As a Real Estate Professional at MGRE Yorkshire, you’ll assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting property
- Conduct market research to assess property values
- List and market properties using effective strategies
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and manage contracts
- Handle the necessary paperwork for transactions
- Stay up to date with local market trends and industry best practices
- Build and grow your network through prospecting and our proven systems

- Passion for real estate and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients
- Self-motivated with the desire to work independently
- Ambition to grow personally and professionally

Important:
This is a self-employed, commission-based role. Full training and mentorship provided - no previous real estate experience required. However, if you have experience in Estate Agency, Property Sourcing, Letting Agency, you will succeed quicker.
