About the Role
The Branch Manager role is critical to the success of our Crystal Palace branch. You will:
- Lead a commercial PPP (Property, Pensions & Protection) team
- Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Maximise profitability and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Operations
- Manage and coach a team of Senior Negotiators, Property Valuers, or equivalent
- Initiate and approve marketing campaigns in consultation with Head Office
- Set department KPIs, track performance, and incentivise results
- Negotiate high-value sales, aligning with compliance standards
- Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty initiatives
Client & Stakeholder Relationships
- Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and developers
- Ensure seamless property viewings and transactions
- Ongoing focus on new and repeat business generation
Compliance & Risk Management
- Mitigate risk by adhering to (RICS, MEIMLAR, and AFET compliance standards)
- Stay updated on UK property legislation to maintain best practice

Salary & Compensation
- Expected Earnings: £50,000 (on-target earnings)
- Base Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience)
- 6-month supplementary payments to support pipeline building
- Uncapped commission scheme
- Company car or monthly car allowance

A Day in the Life
- Lead daily Estate Agency team meetings
- Coach and mentor team members to meetings KPIs
- Conduct one-to-one performance reviews
- Monitor competitors’ strategies
- Proactively develop and sustain vendor/buyer networks
Essential Requirements
- Full valid UK driving licence (manual vehicles preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ senior experience in: Sales Negotiator, Property Valuation, or equivalent roles
- Leadership & teamwork skills – foster positivity while maintaining high productivity
- Excellent communication – diplomatically build trust with clients, suppliers, and teams
- Compliance commitment – deep understanding of UK Estate Agency regulations
- Conscientiousness – meticulous attention to client and financial details
- Tech expertise – proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & industry software
- Adaptability – manage multiple demands under pressure
