Estate Agent Branch Manager
Branch Manager (INDBM) – Crystal Palace

About the Role

Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
- Encouraging the team’s development and progression
Business Growth & Client Experience
- Generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings to meet their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensuring the business remains risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies

- £50,000 per year (complete on-target earnings)
- £22,000–£25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Six months of supplementary payments to support pipeline development

Essential Skills & Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher-level role
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a team spirit
- Strong ability to communicate and build trust with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Business planning skills relevant to branch operations
- Performance monitoring & competitor analysis experience
- In-depth knowledge of current estate agency legislation
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workloads
- Outstanding customer service reputation
- Independent working initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Attention to detail
