Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Partner Agent at By Design. The Partner Agent will manage residential property listings from initial client consultation through closing, including valuations, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating digital campaigns.

Daily responsibilities include:
Get help with your application

- Responding to inquiries
- Conducting in-person viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Guiding clients through the legal and financial steps of a transaction
The role also involves:
- Maintaining accurate property records
- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams
- Building long-term client relationships
Partner Agents are expected to use online tools and platforms effectively, uphold professional standards, and contribute to the company’s reputation for high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong estate agency experience with a focus on residential real estate and property management.
- Proven skills in sales, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a client-centered approach and clear communication.
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of local and national real estate markets, regulations, and transaction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism.
