The Purplebricks Formula We create the opportunities. You win the instructions. Together, we deliver exceptional results. Every Purplebricks Agent receives: Up to 60 move valuations every month. A diary filled with genuine customer opportunities. A dedicated Customer Assistant to support your sellers and manage your stock. A dedicated Sales Progressor handling no more than 70 active cases. Just high-quality opportunities and the support structure to maximise your success. The Financial Opportunity Our model is simple, transparent, and designed to reward performance. List 20 properties per month. Sell well. Earn £75,000+ per year. List 30 properties per month. Sell more. Earn £100,000+ per year. This isn't about working longer hours. Has a proven track record of winning instructions and building a strong pipeline. Is a natural relationship builder who earns customer trust. Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Wants greater control over their earnings and career. Is frustrated by the limitations of traditional estate agency. Understands that excellent service and achieving the best result for customers go hand in hand. Is flexible to work weekends and manage customers when they need you.
