Position: Estate Operative
Location: St George Wharf – 21 St George Wharf, Vauxhall, London, SW8 2FH
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0700 - 1600
Salary: £27,500 - £29,380 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
A landmark riverside development in Vauxhall spanning seven acres and comprising 1,187 residential homes as part of a major regeneration scheme. Vauxhall station is just a few minutes' walk, offering Victoria line and National Rail connections across London.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
- Help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development.
- Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes.
- Have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally).
- Support your team, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
- Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
