Position: Estate Operative
Location: White City Living, W12 7RQ
Working Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 08:00 - 16:00
Salary: £25,214 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role will be situated conveniently close to White City station on the central line. The development consists of 1200 units and will be growing. The site benefits from a cinema, health club, meeting rooms, and residents’ lounge. You will be working as a team on this development.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate, and inspire others.
- Help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests, and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development.
- Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes.
- Have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning, and maintenance (externally and internally).
- Support your team, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
- Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
