Position: Estate Operative
Location: Hurlingham Waterfront
Working Hours:4 days, on 4 days off 0700 - 1900
Salary: £29,000
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role will be based at Hurlingham Waterfront, a residential developmentlocatedin Fulham along the River Thames. The development offers a modern, high-quality living environment with well-maintained communal areas and scenic riverside surroundings. Itbenefitsfrom a professional front-of-house service, including concierge support, as well as on-site building management, creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere for residents in a desirable London location.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team. Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development. Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns. Have the mindsetof:your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
