Position: Estate Operative
Location: Kidbrooke Village, SE9 6BU
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0700 - 1500 + Every Other Sunday 0800 - 1200
Salary: £28,480 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role will be based at a development located at Kidbrooke, South East London. The development consists of 1500 luxury residential homes and is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station. Kidbrooke Village provides 86 acres of new parkland and open space and has been awarded the prestigious 'Sir David Attenborough Award' for Enhancing Biodiversity.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
- Help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development.
- Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes.
- Have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally).
- Support your team, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
- Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
- Hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
