The Role
We are seeking an experienced Estate Planner to join our growing remote team.
This is a fully remote position handling pre-qualified, warm inbound enquiries from individuals and families who have already expressed an interest in estate planning services and have booked consultations.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the client journey from initial consultation through to instruction, ensuring every client receives clear guidance, professional advice, and an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations
- Conduct estate planning consultations via telephone and video call.
- Understand each client's circumstances, objectives, family dynamics, and concerns.
- Explain available estate planning solutions clearly and professionally.
- Recommend suitable planning strategies including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.

Case Management
- Manage your own pipeline of prospective and active clients.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Follow up consultations and proposals professionally and consistently.
- Progress cases efficiently through to instruction and engagement.
Fact Finding & Instructions
- Complete detailed fact-finding consultations with clients.
- Gather all relevant personal, family, property, and asset information.
- Ensure all information is complete and suitable for drafting purposes.
- Obtain signed client engagement documentation and authority to proceed.
Handover & Case Progression
- Prepare comprehensive instruction packs for the drafting team.
- Liaise with administration and drafting colleagues to ensure smooth case progression.
- Support clients throughout the drafting and completion process where required.
- Assist with amendments, queries, and final implementation discussions.
Business Development
- Deliver an outstanding client experience that generates referrals and positive reviews.
- Build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client outcomes.
What We're Looking For

Essential
- Previous experience in Estate Planning, Will Writing, Trust Planning, Financial Services, Legal Services, or a related advisory role.
- Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and reassuring manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing a pipeline and working towards conversion targets.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Desirable
- Membership of STEP, CII, CISI, SWW, IPW, or similar professional body.
- Experience advising on Trusts and Asset Protection Planning.
- Knowledge of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Will structures.
- Financial planning or legal background.
