Estate Worker-4 Key Responsibilities: Maintain the estate to a high standard, including general property and grounds upkeep. Use machinery as needed. Conduct cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties, including hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas. Assist with gardening duties and general non-specialist maintenance tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, and basic repairs. Manage and maintain estate vehicles, plant, and equipment. Assist during client and guest visits as needed. Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience in a similar role. Experience driving tractors, JCB mini diggers, ATVs, and using hand tools. Licenses: Valid UK driving license; HGV license is desirable. Ability to sustain the physical demands of the role and undertake manual handling tasks. Training in health and safety is essential, with safe handling of hazardous chemicals being desirable.
