Role Summary
Join our team as an Estates Administration Officer, delivering high-quality administrative support to the National Estates Team. This role combines accountability and flexibility, ensuring core responsibilities—administrative, financial, and compliance—are met with precision.
Salary & Contract
- Salary: £26,959 per annum
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Location: National Office, 620 Bristol Business Park, Bristol, BS16 1EJ
- Closing Date: 29th July 2026, 23:58
Key Responsibilities
You will provide critical administrative support, including:
- Administrative Support: Assisting the National Estates team with routine tasks.
- Compliance & Financial Administration: Ensuring strict adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
- Efficient Operations: Maintaining day-to-day procurement, asset management, and record-keeping.

Assessment Process
- Application: 500-word personal statement + 200-word statement on relevant experience.
- Interview: Technical skills + behavioural assessments, focusing on:

- Making effective decisions
- Security Checks: Criminal records and baseline personnel standard checks required.
Note: Interviews will be held at the Bristol office on June 5th, 2026.
