Estates Administration Assistant
Location: Henley-in-Arden
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and reliable Estates Administration Assistant to join a busy Estates Team at a family-run, luxury holiday park company.
The Estates Team plays a vital role in keeping the holiday parks running smoothly, overseeing everything from infrastructure and utilities to new developments, health & safety, and day-to-day maintenance. No two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of supporting the team to deliver an exceptional service across the parks.

What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Estates Team, handling telephone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Preparing, filing, and maintaining documents, reports, and business correspondence.
- Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and receipts.
- Providing administrative support for Estates projects and assisting with a variety of office tasks as required.
What we're looking for
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using databases and internal systems.
- A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
