Estates Maintenance Operative – Permanent, Full Time
Salary & Location
- £27,039.60 per year
- Location: Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
- Hours: Mon–Thurs 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, Fri 7:30 AM–2:15 PM
- Closing Date: 19 July | Interviews: 24 July
The Vacancy
Join Amplius' Estates team and help maintain the outdoor spaces that are vital to the communities we serve.
As an Estates Maintenance Operative, you’ll:
- Preserve gardens, green spaces and communal areas
- Provide essential outdoor maintenance that enhances residents’ daily lives
- Deliver a visible, high-quality service across our estates

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining communal gardens, landscaped areas and green spaces
- Performing tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, litter picking
- Applying weed, moss and algae treatments where needed
- Reporting hazards such as fly tipping, abandoned vehicles and landscaping concerns
- Operating maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Logging work using mobile technology to update records
