Role Overview
The role is accountable for the effective operational facilities management of a portfolio of buildings at Kingsland Business Park. The role will include on-site Team management and development, measurement and management of vendors, service charge budget setting and cost management, EH&S management, delivery of PPM and reactive repairs, support in the delivery of FM projects (Office fit outs, office moves, M&E works) to the London portfolio and other locations in UK region as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Kingsland Business Park, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, occupiers, contractors and service partners.
- Build strong occupier relationships and drive engagement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee the delivery and performance of all FM services, including cleaning, security, maintenance and grounds.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Monitor contractor performance, compliance and service quality across the estate.
- Support budgets, service charge management, invoicing and client reporting.
- Lead and support estate improvement projects, sustainability initiatives and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, statutory obligations and environmental standards.
- Support the development of on-site teams and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Skills & Experience
- Facilities Management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Good attention to detail, ability to multi-task, able to converse at multiple levels.
- Knowledge of the FM Environment
- Have demonstrable leadership skills with a clear focus on building and leading teams to success.

Working arrangements
We believe in flexible, smart ways of working that support both our people and the needs of the business. Our approach varies by role, so for this position you'll typically work on site at Kingsland Business Park, Wade Road, Basingstoke, RG24 8QL Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
