Estates Manager
Estates Surveyor, London or Birmingham
Great opportunity to join an established international property consultancy as an Estates Surveyor in either London or Birmingham. Working with retail-led clients on their operational portfolio across the UK.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Resolving third-party and neighbouring property issues and disputes.
- Managing and coordinating sublet properties across the portfolio.
- Undertaking property inspections and preparing associated reports.
- Maintaining accurate property records, databases, and reporting systems.
- Overseeing contractors and service providers across the portfolio.

- Preferably be MRICS qualified.
- Have worked in Property or Estate Management (occupier or investor).
The role can be based in London or Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for you to join an established team in a client-facing role.
