THE OPPORTUNITY
NULS is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated team player, to this important Estates role. This exciting opportunity will give the successful applicant the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a safe, compliant and high-end quality maintenance service within a busy school environment. Supporting the Estates Manager, you will help ensure that all planned and reactive maintenance activities are effectively managed through our facilities management system, while maintaining accurate records, monitor contractor performance and ultimately assisting the Estates Manager to drive for continuous improvement. Working closely with the Estates Manager and wider team you will contribute to achieving operational excellence and full compliance to achieving operational excellence and full compliance with all statutory requirements.
