The Role
In this role you will play a vital part in the general maintenance and upkeep of our buildings. Joining a friendly, dynamic, and supportive Estates team, working in a fast-paced environment.
If you have good DIY/handyperson skills, this is a great opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and experience.
You will assist the Facilities Manager & Estates Manager in the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the school.
About You
- You will have hands-on experience with general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing etc) as well as being able complete general manual handling tasks including lifting, moving, and carrying of deliveries, furniture, and other loads.
- You will have an understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation.
- You will have knowledge of fire safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- You will have a willingness to undertake relevant training, which will support your progress and development in the role and within the Estates team.
