About the Role

Join our Strategy and Information Team as an Estates Technician—a great opportunity to support local government projects while managing property data and financial transactions with precision and clarity.
Key Responsibilities

Data Management:
- Oversee and maintain property data with accuracy.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the authority to ensure data integrity.

Project Management:
- Lead Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) projects within the Data team.
- Enhance property-related information to support operational efficiency.
- Execute large-scale property data projects to improve Council services.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A strong literacy and numeracy standard.
- Proficiency in IT software, particularly Microsoft Office.
- A valid driving licence, with the ability to operate vehicles.
- Experience in property management and data systems (welcomed but not essential).
