We are looking for an Estates Technician to join our dynamic Strategy and Information Team. In this role, you will manage property data and financial transactions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in our operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to local government projects and support our community.

As An Estates Technician, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Data Management: Overseeing property data and collaborating with colleagues across the authority.
  • Project Management: Leading Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) projects within the Data team, enhancing property-related information.
  • Large Scale Data Projects: Conducting extensive data projects related to the Council's properties, ensuring effective management and clarity.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Proficiency in IT software, including Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driving licence and the ability to drive vehicles.
  • Knowledge of property management and data systems.
