Key Responsibilities
As an Estates Technician, your core duties will include:
- Data Management:
- Overseeing property data and collaborating with colleagues across the authority.
- Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and efficiency in property-related information.

Project Management:
- Leading Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) projects within the Data team.
- Co-ordinating and enhancing property-related data and systems.

Large-Scale Data Projects:
- Conducting extensive data projects related to Council properties.
- Delivering systematic improvements to property management processes.
Requirements & Skills
Essential
✔ A good standard of literacy and numeracy. ✔ Proficiency in IT software, including Microsoft Office Suite. ✔ A valid driving licence and the ability to drive vehicles. ✔ Broad understanding of property management systems and data.
Desirable Qualities
✅ Strong customer care and communication skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✅ Proactive approach to improving services and outcomes. ✅ Commitment to health and safety standards.
