Fragrance Advisor
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalised service, and a passion for fragrance. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.
You will also enjoy working as part of a high-performing team to:
- Create impact with in-store events
- Ensure the store meets the highest standards of visual merchandising
- Stand out against competitors with briefed, on-brand presentation

Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Offer expert guidance in our fragrance collections, understanding individual customer needs and preferences
- Engage and educate customers through thoughtful product demonstrations
- Represent the brand as a brand ambassador with a visually engaging and on-brand presentation
- Collaborate with your team to execute successful in-store events
- Maintain store standards for merchandising and presentation

Requirements
Qualifications
- While a qualification in retail sales experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience demonstrating:
- High creative and technical expertise in fragrance or related fields (if applicable)
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer experiences
Skills & Attributes
- Healthy enthusiasm for luxury fragrances and beauty
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience working with retail point-of-sale software
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
