Fragrance Advisor – Luxury Fragrance Brands
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, offering customers an exceptional shopping experience through expert product knowledge, a personalised approach, and a authentic passion for fragrance. You’ll act as a trusted brand ambassador, helping customers find scents that align with their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you’ll combine your creative expertise, technical skills, and passion for service to deliver an inspiring, welcoming, and personalised in-store experience. This includes educating and delighting customers while maintaining our industry-leading visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities
- Represent Estée Lauder Companies’ fragrance brands with expertise and professionalism
- Provide personalised fragrance recommendations tailored to customer preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable, engaging shopping experiences
- Collaborate in high-performing team settings to execute impactful in-store events
- Maintain industry-leading visual merchandising to elevate brand visibility and competitiveness
- Upsell products while ensuring a seamless, premium customer journey

Requirements
- While a formal retail qualification is preferred, amateur-level experience (with demonstrable expertise) will be considered
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver authentic, inspiring, and personalised interactions
- Ability to work flexible retail hours (days, nights, weekends, and special events)
- Comfortable using retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Must provide proof of right to work in the country if invited to interview
