Fragrance Advisor – In-Store Role
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service
- Passion for fragrance
You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that speak to:
- Their personality
- Lifestyle
- Preferences
Key Responsibilities
As part of our highly skilled sales team, you will:
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers
- Collaborate with a dynamic, high-performing team
- Contribute to impactful in-store events
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors
