Fragrance Advisor – Luxury Fragrance Brands representative
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience by:
- Demonstrating expert product knowledge
- Providing personalised service rooted in passion for fragrances
- Acting as a brand ambassador to help customers discover scents that align with their personality, lifestyle, and preferences
As part of our elite team of sales associates, you’ll merge creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to create an in-store experience that:
- Welcomes and inspires customers
- Educates and delights clients
- Delivery personalised inspirational consultations

Experience & Technical Proficiency
- Preferred (but not mandatory): formal qualification in retail sales
- Experience with retail POS software is a plus
- Welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate enthusiasm
Operational Requirements
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including:
- Weekdays, nights
- Weekends
- Special events as required
- Commitment to achieve visual merchandising standards and team targets
- Ability to affirm proof of legal entitlement to work in the country (if invited to interview)
