Fragrance Advisor (Estée Lauder Companies)

About the Role

As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:

  • Expert product knowledge
  • Personalised service
  • A passion for fragrance

You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.

As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will combine:

  • Creative and technical expertise
  • Passion for people

To provide a:

  • Welcoming
  • Inspirational
  • Personalised in-store experience

That educates and delights our customers.

** You will also collaborate as part of a high-performing team ** to:

  • Create impact with in-store events
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store stands out against competitors

Requirements

skills & experience

  • Desirable (but not mandatory):
    • Certification or experience in retail sales (preferred but not required).
  • Essential requirements:
    • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer experiences.
    • Must work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
    • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
    • Applicants must submit proof of right to work in the country if shortlisted for interview.
