Fragrance Advisor (Estée Lauder Companies)
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service
- A passion for fragrance
You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will combine:

** You will also collaborate as part of a high-performing team ** to:

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
skills & experience
- Desirable (but not mandatory):
- Certification or experience in retail sales (preferred but not required).
- Essential requirements:
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer experiences.
- Must work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
- Applicants must submit proof of right to work in the country if shortlisted for interview.
