Associate – Cosmetics Company Stores (Retail Executive)

The Cosmetics Company Stores are the retail outlet arm of The Estée Lauder Companies. We opened our first UK store in 1994 in the historic town of Bath, England, and now operate 20+ stores across key Designer Outlet destinations including Bicester Village, Cheshire Oaks, and Gunwharf Quays.
Each store offers consumers access to core Estée Lauder Companies brands, including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and Tom Ford Beauty. We provide an immersive experience where customers can explore premium skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare products in a premium retail environment.

About the Role
If you are an ambitious self-starter looking to kickstart or progress your career in the Retail Beauty Industry, this role is the perfect opportunity to join a dynamic and luxury-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service to Luxury Beauty clients.
- Support all store operations, including:
- Managing stock deliveries and storage.
- Assisting with floor layouts and setup for seasonal promotions.
- Ensuring daily store standards are maintained.
- Assist with selling, consulting, and promoting product offerings.
- Contribute to a positive retail environment while supporting work-life balance for colleagues.
Requirements
- Passionate and energetic about delivering exceptional luxury retail customer experience.
- Willingness to support all store operations (stock, merchandise, store presentation).
- Flexible availability to cover anticipated and unexpected shift demands.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar industry is beneficial.
- Must meet UK immigration requirements (proof of right to live and work in the country).

Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated Base Salary Range: £12.72 per hour (based on 40-hour workweek, subject to approval).
