We opened our first UK store in 1994, in the historic town of Bath, England, and now operate 20+ stores at key Designer Outlet destinations across the UK, including:
- Bicester Village
- Cheshire Oaks
- Gunwharf Quays
Our stores retail a portfolio of core Estée Lauder Companies brands, immersing customers in a world of premium beauty:
- Clinique
- Estée Lauder
- Jo Malone London
- M·A·C
- Tom Ford Beauty
We are seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:
- Previous retail operations experience, particularly in:
- Cash reconciliation
- Store opening & closing procedures
- (While not essential, this experience is highly desirable.)
