Maintenance Estimator – HVAC
📍 South West London & Thames Valley 💰 £65,000–£70,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
In partnership with a leading UK HVAC maintenance provider, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Estimator for their South West London & Thames Valley region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with strong growth plans and excellent career progression.
The Role
You will deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality estimates for a variety of maintenance and small works projects. Scope will range from minor tasks (£2,000) to extensive maintenance contracts (up to £2M) for corporate clients.
In collaboration with Operations Managers, Bid Writers, and Business Development, you will be tasked with:
- Preparing, writing, and presenting tenders, estimates, and reports.

About You
We seek an experienced Maintenance Estimator with a background in HVAC or building services. Candidates with industry experience transitioning into an estimating role are also encouraged to apply.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems within commercial environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in producing and presenting tenders and cost estimates.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with industry costing and project management tools.
- Experience in quotes and tender submissions.
- Ability to manage and coordinate sub-contractors.
- Knowledge of national schedules of rates.
- Understanding of modifying existing contracts for additional work.
- Strong grasp of Health & Safety, permitting, and compliance.
