Working closely with commercial, engineering, and operational teams, the Estimator will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders and helping secure future projects within a growing and well-established business.
The role
As an Estimator, you'll prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions for steelwork enquiries, working from technical drawings and specifications to produce detailed take-offs and pricing models.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates are commercially competitive, support tender documentation and compliance requirements, and assist with the handover of successful projects to operational delivery teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Estimator or within structural steelwork, fabrication, or construction estimating
- Ability to carry out take-offs directly from technical drawings
- Strong understanding of engineering and fabrication drawings
- Experience producing estimates from first principles
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Organised and proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
