Estimator Property Services North London
Our client is a reputable Main Contractor with a turnover of £150 million, delivering projects across the Property Services sector. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team based in North London. The role will involve working across a diverse range of projects, typically valued from sub £50,000 up to £20 million.

- Taking full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion
- Preparing and managing tender submissions
- Negotiating tenders with clients and stakeholders
- Putting together comprehensive tender documentation
- Liaising with subcontractors from initial enquiry through to final account
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Undertaking first principle estimating
- Working across Social Housing frameworks
- Pricing and cost planning for tenders

Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Estimator within a Social Housing Main Contractor
- 5-10 years experience in a similar role
- Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management
- Strong commercial awareness and acumen
- Experience working on Social Housing frameworks and property services projects

Salary
£60,000 - £80,000
