Estimator - Highways Electrical

Location: UK-wide (Remote, with travel to client sites)
Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time (37 hours per week) paid weekly
Our client, one of the UK's leading contracting businesses, is seeking an Estimator - Highways Electrical to join its successful Work Winning team. Supporting their Street Lighting and Highways business, you'll prepare quotations and tenders, build strong client relationships, and help drive business growth across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations and tenders for projects ranging from £1,000 to £500,000+
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Conduct site visits with clients and operational teams
- Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Identify commercial risks and provide cost-effective solutions
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in estimating, commercial administration, or a similar role
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Full UK Driving Licence
