The role of the Estimator Architectural & Structural Metalwork will involve:
- Estimating position dealing with a range of high quality balustrades, stairs, balconies and structural steel
- Liaise with clients and designers to gain a full understanding of project requirements
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain costs for materials, labour and plant and equipment
- Produce detailed take-offs and formalised quotations to clients
- Keep internal database and documentation up to date
- Attending at mid-bid & post tender meetings
- Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
- Working on project sizes ranging between £300k - £3m

The ideal applicant will be Estimator Architectural & Structural Metalwork with:
- Must have 3 years experience estimating experience within a specialist subcontractor
- Must have steel fabrication experience however would consider other building envelope backgrounds such as cladding, cladding support systems, metalwork, etc
- Experience working on large scale projects
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail
- Driven, ambitious, self-motivated and a positive attitude
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Be able to commute or re-locate
