Estimator (Construction / Civils)

£50,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Flexi Time + Training + 30 Days Holiday + Private Health + Sick Pay

Are you an Estimator from a construction or civils background looking for a stable office-based role, in a thriving company, working on multi-million-pound projects with well-established clients, offering progression to senior and managerial positions?

In this role, you will work closely with the lead estimator and be responsible for the estimating of large-scale bespoke projects for high profile clients. This will range from preparing quotations for allocated enquiries, liaising with clients and contractors and organising handovers to the production team for project completion.

Founded over 50 years ago, this company specialise in the manufacturing and supply of building materials for a wide range of blue-chip clients in the construction and civils sectors. They are rapidly expanding and need experienced estimators to join the team.

This role would suit an Estimator from a construction or civils background, looking to move into an exciting office-based role at a company that can offer progression and opportunities to work on national projects.

The Role:

  • Receiving allocated enquiries and preparing quotations for projects
  • Liaise with both clients and contractors to ensure the smooth continuation of projects
  • Ensure that customer enquiries, Bills of Quantities and tenders are priced accurately
  • Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Flexitime available
