ESTIMATOR | LEICESTER | £30,000 - £34,000
I'm currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a well-established and growing manufacturer supplying products into the construction sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estimating experience who enjoys interpreting technical drawings, producing quotations, and working closely with customers, sales teams, and production.
The Role
- Prepare quotations and estimates from customer enquiries
- Interpret construction and technical drawings
- Carry out material take-offs and calculations
- Liaise with customers to obtain missing information
- Work closely with sales and manufacturing teams
- Manage multiple enquiries and quotations simultaneously
- Develop commercial awareness around pricing, margins, and cross-selling opportunities

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates from construction products, roofing, cladding, curtain walling, building envelope, architectural metalwork, fenestration, windows & doors, fabrication, or similar sectors who have experience preparing quotations from technical drawings and completing take-offs.

Requirements
- Previous estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience producing take-offs and quotations
- Strong Excel skills
- Commercial awareness
- Customer-focused approach
Package
- Leicester (Office-Based)
- £30,000 - £34,000
- Monday-Friday
