Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus
Benefits: Pension, 25 days annual leave
The role of the Estimator Facades will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brickslips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding.
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements.
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices.
- Carrying out site surveys as and when required.
- Producing formal quotations to clients.
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Facades with:
- Must have estimating experience within the cladding / façade / building envelope industry.
- Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of Onscreen Takeoff software package.
- Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team.
- High levels of organisation and excellent time management.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness.
