Are you a driven Estimator with a track record in hard services across commercial and industrial sites? Our client, a well-established facilities management provider, is looking for an Estimator to join their team in and play a key role in pricing and winning high-value contracts.

The role
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans for hard services (mechanical, electrical, building fabric).
- Analyse tender documentation, specifications and drawings to identify risks, opportunities and value-engineering options.
- Work closely with operations, engineering and commercial teams to build robust bids and proposals.
- Lead pricing for new business and renewals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and margin protection.
- Support client meetings, presentations and clarifications as the commercial subject-matter expert.
About you
- Strong background in facilities management or building services, with clear experience estimating hard services.
- Confident interpreting technical documentation, drawings and asset lists.
- Commercially astute, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Package
- Salary: £75,000–£80,000 depending on experience.
