The Role
The role of the Estimator Interior Fit-Out will involve:
- Predominantly an Estimator role with additional commercial manager duties, dealing with a range of interior fit-out projects covering: partitions, furniture, ceilings, fit-out
- Gain an understanding of project requirements through drawings, specifications, tender documents and client liaison
- Analyse project plans and perform quantity take-offs to accurately estimate labour, material, equipment and subcontractor costs
- Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions and proposals in line with client requirements
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the estimating process
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, pricing information and project documentation
- Support cost control initiatives and prepare reports for management review and decision-making

The Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Interior Fit-Out with:
- Must have Estimating or Commercial Management experience
- Must come from a contracting fit-out background or a manufacture of partitions, ceilings, furniture or closely related
- Highly advantageous to have experience with Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Capable of building and maintaining long term relationships with clients
- Resilient, hardworking attitude
- Full UK driving license
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
