Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Estimator to join our growing team.You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for grounds maintenance, horticultural, vegetation management, and winter maintenance contracts across the UK and Ir
eland. Our clients include major retailers, schools, universities, utility providers, emergency services, commercial estates, and public sector organisations. Working closely with our operational and business development teams, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the c
ompany. Key Responsi bilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender subm issions.Review specifications, drawings, and client requi rements.Undertake site surveys and assessments where r equired.Price grounds maintenance, horticultural, vegetation management, gritting, and snow clearance s ervices.Calculate labour, plant, materials, subcontractor, and operationa l costs.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.Work with operational teams to ensure solutions are practical and deli verable.Support presentations, proposals, and contract mobilisation act ivities.Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately and within de
adlines.
