About the Role
The role of the Estimator Steel Fabrication involves:
- Estimating positions dealing with a range of high-quality fabricated structural and architectural steel
- Liaising with main clients, installers, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders
- Obtaining prices of products from clients
- Reading and interpreting drawings to understand projects
- Producing detailed project quotations for developments, reviewed by management
- Creating final quotations for clients and following up
- Responding to queries and making amendments as required
- Managing inbound enquiries via telephone and email
- Handling project sizes ranging between £10k - £1m

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Must-have: Estimating or technical estimating experience in steel fabrication or related industries
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High levels of attention to detail
- Driven, ambitious, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of commuting or re-locating
