ETF & Equity Sales – UK Coverage (London)
Role Summary
Euronext is seeking an ETF and Equity Sales professional to join its Global ETF & Equities Sales team in London. This is a client-facing commercial role with a primary focus on strengthening relationships with UK ETF trading members, liquidity providers, brokers, and buy-side participants, while supporting the continued growth of Euronext's broader franchise.
The role is focused on growing existing business, developing new commercial opportunities, and expanding Euronext's presence within the UK ETF ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Cash Equities, ETFs, Market Data, and Post Trade, while partnering day-to-day with the existing senior London sales lead.
Reporting directly to the Head of ETF & Equity Sales, the individual will play a key role in supporting Euronext's growth ambitions in one of its most strategic markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge, commercial drive, and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of ETF market structure, equity trading workflows, execution trends, and evolving market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow relationships with UK ETF trading members and key market participants, including market makers, brokers, banks, retail intermediaries, asset managers, authorised participants, and trading firms.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients, providing insight into Euronext's ETF offering, Cash Equities franchise, and broader trading ecosystem.
- Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans designed to drive ETF trading activity, revenue growth, and client engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to cross-selling initiatives across Euronext's product suite, including Market Data and Post Trade services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both sell-side and buy-side participants across the UK market.
Client Coverage & Market Engagement
- Build strong engagement with ETF trading desks, electronic trading teams, execution stakeholders, and equity market participants.
- Maintain regular dialogue with clients regarding market structure developments, execution trends, liquidity dynamics, and trading venue developments.
- Represent Euronext externally at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Gather and share client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support product development and commercial strategy.

Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Market Data, Post Trade, and broader commercial teams to deliver a coordinated client experience.
- Partner closely with the senior London sales lead to maximise client coverage and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding, issue resolution, and high-quality client service delivery.
Reporting & Commercial Management
- Maintain accurate client activity records and pipeline management within CRM systems.
- Support reporting on sales activity, client engagement, revenue trends, and commercial performance.
- Contribute to strategic account planning and broader business development initiatives.
Experience
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in ETF Sales, Equity Sales, Electronic Trading Sales, Execution Services, Market Structure, Capital Markets Sales, or a related field.
- Experience covering ETF trading members, market makers, liquidity providers, or institutional trading clients is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the UK market ecosystem and key market participants.
- Existing relationships across sell-side and/or buy-side clients are preferred.
Market Knowledge
- Strong understanding of ETF market structure, liquidity provision, and trading workflows.
- Deep knowledge of European equity markets, trading venue dynamics, and execution trends.
- Understanding of electronic trading, algorithmic execution, liquidity sourcing, and market structure developments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of post-trade processes and the broader trade lifecycle is advantageous.

- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
