Our client a leading global liquidity provider is seeking an ETF Trader / Market Maker to support the growth of its European ETF business. This front-office role will focus on ETF pricing, market making, risk management, and identifying trading opportunities across European ETF markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make markets across a broad range of European ETFs.
  • Manage trading risk and inventory exposure.
  • Identify arbitrage opportunities across ETFs, futures, indices, and underlying baskets.
  • Monitor ETF valuations, creation/redemption activity, and market dynamics.
  • Partner with quant researchers and technology teams to enhance trading strategies and pricing models.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's ETF trading business.

Requirements

  • Experience in ETF trading, Delta One, index products, market making, or electronic trading.
  • Strong understanding of ETF market structure, liquidity provision, basket trading, and creation/redemption mechanisms.
  • Proven risk management and decision-making skills in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Python and data analysis experience preferred
