Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Labelling, Advertising and Promotion Scientist (EU) who is collaborative, detail-minded, and adaptable to join our Global Labelling Promotion and Advertising team, based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Monheim (Germany) or Slough (UK) offices.

About the role

You will provide EU regulatory expertise for product information and promotional review. You will keep EU Product Information accurate and up to date—covering the SmPC, Label, PIL, and IFU. You are going to help teams turn data into clear, compliant text for healthcare professionals and patients, supporting patient safety and regulatory expectations.

Who you’ll work with

You will work with EU and Global Regulatory colleagues and partner with Medical, Legal, Commercial, Safety, and Quality teams. You are going to collaborate with Strategic Partners in Country, artwork and packaging colleagues, and external vendors supporting translations and readability testing.

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain EU Product Information aligned with CCDS, RTQs, templates, and SOPs in ECMS.
  • Be the EU point of contact and represent EU labeling in cross-functional forums.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals, tracking changes and timelines.
  • Manage readability testing end-to-end.
  • Coordinate linguistic review, closing sequence, and artwork changes.
  • Review promotional materials for compliance with EU labeling and regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
