EU Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover Position
About the Role
The EU Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing, brand, and communication strategies within the consumer products division. This critical role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and supporting business growth through the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, management of communication channels, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a 12-month maternity cover position based in Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities
The successful EU Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and execute EU marketing plans in alignment with the company’s EU marketing strategy.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt campaigns and content for the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact.
- Manage the annual marketing budget for the region, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Develop and manage marketing content, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, social media posts, and website materials.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, including websites, social media accounts, and online advertising.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting:
- Key successes
- Challenges
- Recommendations for future improvements

Requirements and Profile
A proven and successful EU Marketing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing communication strategies within the business services industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
- A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand consistency.
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, preferably with prior experience across regional markets.
Job Offer
