EU Product Strategy Principal Product Manager
Product Strategy Manager (Common Data Environment - CDE) – Europe
Location: London or Dublin office
About the Role
Procore is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to join our Construction Documents and Building Information Modeling (BIM) divisions and lead the Common Data Environment (CDE) strategy for Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Procore’s construction platform in a way that advances Europe’s industry needs while positioning the company as a global leader. The role will focus on market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and driving product development and adoption for a modern, fully integrated CDE solution.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Directors, VPs, and cross-functional teams (including Docs, BIM, and platform services) to deliver market-leading products. This requires strong collaboration with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Support in Europe, and alignment with strategic global customers.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Market & Strategic Leadership
- Maintain a deep understanding of Construction Common Data Environments (CDEs) and EU construction industry compliance standards.
- Drive Europe-focused CDE product strategy, ensuring alignment with competitive differentiation, compliance, and customer delight.
- Define measurable goals, product outcomes, and KPIs that support Procore’s business objectives.

Collaboration & Execution
- Foster seamless collaboration between product teams, engineering, and design to deliver an industry-leading CDE solution.
- Partner with Market & Trade organizations to align product execution across Europe.
- Develop dashboard/reporting requirements to track adoption and performance post-launch, feeding insights into product evolution.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct customer discovery, prioritization of feature requests, and feature adoption measurement.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and eliminate redundant efforts by influencing decisions across decentralized product teams.
- Communicate roadmaps, milestones, and progress effectively to executive teams and stakeholders.

Technical & Business Strategy
- Assess business needs, market demands, technical trends, and future-proof solutions.
- Recommend innovative products, features, and next-gen technologies based on analysis and system architecture.
- Gain a deep understanding of enterprise software architecture to advise on scalable and maintainable solutions.
Requirements

| Product Management | 10+ years in enterprise SaaS product management. Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams in agile environments. |
| Construction & CDE Experience | 5+ years with construction CDEs or related solutions, ideally in Europe where regional compliance (e.g., building regulation) is a key priority. |
| Market & Legal Compliance | Deep familiarity with European construction cybersecurity, document management, and BIM compliance (e.g., ISO, EN, and pan-European standards). |
| Customer-Centric Approach | Experience conducting deep customer discovery with large enterprise clients and driving their solution adoption. |
| Technical & Business Acumen | Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders; read and communicate system architecture effectively. |
| Decision-Making & Prioritization | Strong analysis & synthesis skills with the ability to articulate tradeoffs clearly and manage competing demands. |
| Strategic Thinking | Future-proofing solutions—thinking about how technology integrates with changing workflows, regulatory landscapes, and scalability. |
| Communication | Exec-level and team-level storytelling; ability to model risk and present roadmaps persuasively. |
| Tools fluency | Analytical tools (e.g., ClicData, Tableau, or similar) to track adoption, performance, and feature ROI. |

Base Pay Range
110,640.00 – 152,130.0 GBP/year (London/Dublin, Fossil-Free Reputed). Eligibility: Potential for equity and performance-based bonus.
