EUC Infrastructure Support Engineer – On-Site (Central London)
3-Month Contract
£200-£240pd (Inside IR35)
5 Days Onsite

We're looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to join a busy IT team on a 3-month contract, supporting a large-scale hardware refresh programme across multiple London locations.
This role will focus on the replacement of approximately 100-150 laptops, alongside the deployment of Intune-managed mobile devices. You'll play a key role in ensuring users receive a seamless experience throughout the refresh process, coordinating appointments, preparing hardware, and providing onsite support across several offices.
This is a highly visible, user-facing position that would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and working directly with end users.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering a laptop replacement programme using Windows Autopilot
- Deploying and replacing Intune-managed iPhones and iPads
- Scheduling and coordinating end-user appointments
- Providing onsite support across multiple London locations
- Recording and maintaining accurate asset information within ServiceNow
- Supporting hardware logistics, device preparation and shipping
- Troubleshooting desk-side user issues where required
- Providing occasional support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Logitech meeting room technology
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-user experience
What we're looking for
- Experience in an EUC Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, Field Engineer or similar role
- Proven experience delivering laptop refresh or hardware deployment projects
- Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot
- Experience managing Intune-enrolled devices
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong attention to detail and asset management skills
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms would be advantageous
