We're seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join a large-scale End User Services team, supporting and enhancing an enterprise environment of approximately 100,000 Windows devices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong endpoint management experience who enjoys working across both modern and legacy technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, including Symantec CMS (Altiris), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Manage the full Windows device lifecycle, including build, configuration, deployment, patching, upgrades, and retirement.
  • Deliver software deployments, endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance.
  • Act as a technical escalation point, providing structured incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Support infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to standardise, automate, and optimise endpoint management processes.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
  • Develop and execute test plans to support change and release activities.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, service delivery, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
