Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for an EUDR Project Support to join our Business Change team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, supporting the implementation of the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) across the business.

As an EUDR Project Support Administrator at Nisbets, you will work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to support the rollout of new EUDR processes. You will assist with documenting procedures, coordinating training activities, and helping to embed robust controls that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is a varied and project-focused role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. You will provide hands-on support throughout the implementation phase, helping to troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working.

This role will be based at our Fourth Way office in Avonmouth, with the option to work hybrid after a period of training.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation of EUDR processes across the Supply Chain function.
  • Assist in creating, documenting, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures aligned with compliance, quality, and IT requirements.
  • Coordinate and support the briefing and training of operational and administrative teams on new EUDR processes.
  • Support the implementation of controls, checks, and audit processes to ensure compliance across operations and supply chain activities.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of colleagues who will manage EUDR compliance processes on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide hands-on support during the go-live period, helping to resolve issues and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
