About our Team

The Monetization Product team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role connects to that vision by helping small businesses adopt the right solutions to grow their business. This role will be a part of the SMB growth team, a function that supports product development and is responsible for go-to-market strategy across marketing and sales channels.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional with a strong background in media to lead go-to-market strategy and drive product adoption for TikTok’s advertising solutions in Europe. This role sits within the Scaled Growth Team and focuses on accelerating the penetration, product-market fit, and revenue growth of TikTok’s ads products through the agency ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with agency sales teams, agency partners, and global product stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for understanding the agency landscape, identifying opportunities to scale product adoption through agencies, and shaping go-to-market strategies that unlock incremental ads revenue. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, strategic, data-driven, and able to influence cross-functional partners effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with media products in a product marketing, strategy, or account management capacity, and bring a strong understanding of agency ecosystems and how agencies drive advertiser growth at scale. This is a full-time position based in London.

Some of the things you'll do

  • Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for TikTok’s evolving advertising products, with a focus on driving adoption, penetration, and revenue growth through agency partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the agency landscape across Europe, including key partner segments, operating models, and ecosystem dynamics, and translate these insights into scalable growth strategies.
  • Benchmark TikTok’s agency ecosystem and product adoption against major advertising platforms, identify strategic gaps, and shape initiatives that improve competitiveness and agency-led growth.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to adapt regional product initiatives into scalable, agency-facing solutions that drive adoption and commercial impact.
  • Set product strategy priorities for the scaled growth team, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop enablement materials, narratives, and activation plans that support execution.
  • Leverage data to diagnose growth opportunities, product friction, measurement gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and performance bottlenecks across agency-managed business.
  • Translate market feedback and business pain points into clear product, positioning, and go-to-market recommendations that influence product development and improve product-market fit.
  • Lead and execute high-impact growth initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to unlock incremental advertising revenue and improve long-term product performance.
  • Represent the voice of the market internally by synthesizing agency feedback, surfacing ecosystem trends, and acting as a strategic bridge between in-market teams and global product teams.
  • Build strong knowledge of TikTok’s advertising, commerce, creative, and measurement solutions, and identify how these products can be scaled effectively through agencies to meet customer and business goals.

Our ideal background

  • Extensive years experience working within media in a Product Marketing, Strategy, Agency or Account Management capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience driving product adoption and development across a range of marketing objectives: e-Comm / Performance, Lead Generation, Brand, as well as Creative and Measurement.
  • Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem, including how agencies operate, scale client growth, and influence product adoption and media investment decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes, and a keen interest in staying on top of industry updates and changes.
  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.
  • A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
  • Previous experience in agency marketing preferred but not essential.
  • BA/BS degree or above or equivalent practical experience.
