Euro CLO Structuring Associate — Hedge Fund | London

A London-based hedge fund is hiring a Structuring Associate to support its Euro CLO platform, covering new-issue structuring, warehouse management, and operations across the CLO platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure new-issue/reset Euro CLOs — waterfalls, triggers, reinvestment criteria
  • Build and stress-test Intex cash flow models
  • Syndication & arranging of new issue/reset CLOs
  • Take ownership of the middle office and compliance processes
  • Manage warehouse-to-takeout process with arrangers, agencies, trustees
  • Model equity/mezz economics and relative value
  • Negotiate structural terms with managers, counsel, arrangers
  • Monitor portfolio triggers, par builds, manager performance

  • 3–7 years' CLO structuring experience (bank, manager, or rating agency)
  • Strong Excel/VBA; Intex or Python a plus
  • Deep familiarity with European leveraged loans and CLO documentation
  • Able to manage multiple live transactions under deadline pressure
